Louisville, Ky. (March 9, 2021) – Today, Greater Louisville Inc. (GLI) announced Lisa Drake, Chief Operating Officer, North America, Ford, will give the keynote address at its Annual Meeting presented by Baird on June 10. This year’s event will center around resilience and recognize members of the business community who have persevered through the challenges of the past year.

Drake stepped into the newly created role of COO in May 2020 and has prioritized product launches, warranty reduction, and material cost improvements. She has also renewed the company’s focus on returning the North America business back to a 10-percent EBIT margin through her work on cost and waste reduction. She has worked for Ford since 1994, serving in multiple capacities including Vice President, Global Purchasing.
