How long have you been a GLI Ambassador? I have been a GLI Ambassador for about 3 months!

What is the best career advice you’ve received? To always lead by example!

What does being a GLI investor mean to you? Supporting the community we live in.

What do you do to make greater Louisville GREATER? My husband, Brock Wicker, is the Franchise co-owner of Spherion Staffing in Louisville and Jeffersonville, IN. We support the Louisville community by helping locals find employment and helping employers find great candidates.

What is your favorite thing to do in Louisville? My family and I love to go out and try new restaurants in the Louisville area. Whether it is a family outing or a simple date night, we love checking out and supporting local restaurants, food trucks, cafes, etc. We also enjoy taking our two children to the local parks and recreation areas around Louisville. They love the Parklands area and it is a chance for us to have a great time as a family while being outside and active. We have found that the Louisville area has a lot to offer making it a great place to raise a family.

What is your favorite part about being a GLI Ambassador? Being able to get out into the Louisville community and meet new people. I have really enjoyed learning about the evolving businesses in our community. This has given me an opportunity to speak with other business leaders and discuss what has and hasn’t worked for them during their tenure. We have two new Spherion locations in the area (Louisville & Jeffersonville, IN) and being a GLI ambassador has allowed me to connect with great people in our community.

A fun fact about me is… I am originally from Elizabethtown, Kentucky but lived in Northern Indiana for the last 5 years. I have always loved this area and am so glad to be back home closer to family and friends!
