Ventura joined Humana’s Law Department in 2009 and has served in a variety of roles with increasing responsibility. He was appointed Chief Legal Officer in February 2019. He oversees Risk and Compliance across Humana, working to strengthen and improve the company’s performance. Ventura resides in Louisville and serves on GLI’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee.  He previously served on the Board of Directors of the Greater Louisville Foundation, serving as Chair in 2022.
