Describe what your organization does in two sentences.  

CICG provides consulting solutions to organizations to increase profitability, enhance leadership capabilities, and optimize operations through fostering a culture of continuous improvement. We also provide training and course work through our collaboration with Ivy Tech Community College in the areas of project management, lean/six sigma certifications, and leadership development.

CICG serves organizations in manufacturing, office and administration, and healthcare.

CICG started working with Berkshire Hathaway companies on a national scale. Through the expertise of working with hundreds of organizations, we drive sustainable profit and have developed our courses organically based on real needs. Our company is headquartered in the Louisville Metro Area and is passionate about creating value for organizations and upskilling the local workforce.
