Our Power to Prosper Accelerator is all about giving businesses the skills and connections they need to move to the next level and grow here in Greater Louisville. The accelerator, valued at $15,000 per individual, is offered free to participants through the generous funding of Papa Johns and Suntory Global Spirits. This program teaches business owners critical business skills like development strategies, strategic planning, financial management skills, marketing & sales, human resources, how to access capital, and how to contract with the government and major corporations.

• I am a brand. I have a ready-to-drink cocktail, vodka-based with peach and pineapple flavors. 26 proof, 13% alcohol.

What inspired you to join the Power to Prosper program?

• I know people who have taken the last cohort classes, enjoyed them, and earned a lot from them.

Where do you see your business in the next 5 to 10 years? How do you believe the Power to Prosper program will help you in reaching those long-term goals?

• I see myself in branding more. Hopefully, to have Pretty Birdie in other states and then start on another product, global/national. I’m already learning things that I didn’t know and would have never learned if I hadn’t attended this class. So far I have learned a lot and I cant wait to learn more.

What’s your favorite thing about living and doing business in Louisville?

• Been here most of my life, supporters, some opportunities (good), know a lot of people. Started my brand here.
