MEET 2025 POWER TO PROSPER PARTICIPANT: DANA SPENCER
Our Power to Prosper Accelerator is all about giving businesses the skills and connections they need to move to the next level and grow here in Greater Louisville. The accelerator, valued at $15,000 per individual, is offered free to participants through the generous funding of Papa Johns and Suntory Global Spirits. This program teaches business owners critical business skills like development strategies, strategic planning, financial management skills, marketing & sales, human resources, how to access capital, and how to contract with the government and major corporations.
DANA SPENCER
What is your business name?
- Just in Time 4 502 LLC
Tell us about what your business does.
- We teach single parents, corporate women, and athletes how to get started investing in real estate so that they can start building generational wealth. We also offer corporate training using our “5 S Framework” to transform company culture organically using the natural resource of energy.
What inspired you to join the Power to Prosper program?
- I am a GLI fan! GLI has already figured out the importance of building relationships. Unlike any other accelerator program that I’ve seen, I love the emphasis on relationships and their ability to makethose connections.
Where do you see your business in the next 5 to 10 years? How do you believe the Power to Prosper program will help you in reaching those long-term goals?
- I see single parents that didn’t believe they could buy a house in stable homes. Corporate women establishing a solid real estate portfolio that will sustain them until they die. Athletes buying houses for their Mom while in college and not waiting until they turn professional athletes. I see us training corporations across the nation using energy as the conduit for change. I believe that the Power to Prosper program will help us in reaching our goals by strategically connecting us with that one organization that will ignite our business.
What’s your favorite thing about living and doing business in Louisville?
- The thought of transforming neighborhoods in my hometown that will be the beginning of generational wealth for so many is priceless!
