Louisville, Ky. (January 4, 2022) – Greater Louisville Inc. announced that Ginnie Carlier, EY Americas Vice Chair – Talent, will be the keynote speaker at its Annual Meeting presented by Baird on March 24 at the Kentucky International Convention Center. The 2022 Annual Meeting will center around talent, and specifically focus on how Greater Louisville can attract, retain, and develop degreed and non-degreed talent.

In her current role, Carlier leads EY Americas’ efforts to create transformative experiences for 80,000 people across 31 countries and prioritizes creating an organization where everyone belongs and thrives. She has been with the firm since 1993, and her nearly three-decade EY career has moved her across the globe with stints in Silicon Valley and Dubai. Carlier was the first Diversity and Inclusiveness Leader for the EY Middle East and North Africa Region and in 2011 she assumed the role of EY Europe, Middle East, India and Africa Assurance Talent Leader.
