What is your favorite part about being a GLI Ambassador? 

I love connecting with new people and learning about the organization/brand they are passionate about as well as supporting our local businesses and fostering existing relationships I have been able to make through GLI.

 

A fun fact about me is… 

I was an extra in the movie ‘Gone Girl’ which was filmed in my college town, Cape Girardeau, MO.

 

What is the best career advice you’ve received?

Invest your time in people. This is something we are passionate about at Green District and I have found that in work and in life – this is crucial to building both professional and personal relationships.

 

What does being a GLI investor mean to you?

Being a GLI investor means that I get to learn more about the Louisville marketplace and how I can better serve it in my role. It means I get connect with local business leaders and what their key initiatives are, and how we can grow together.

 

What is your favorite thing to do in Louisville?

It is impossible to choose one thing… I enjoy going to a Bats game, checking out local breweries, catching a Twilight Thursday at Churchill, and attending any of our unique festivals!

 

What do you do to make greater Louisville GREATER? 

Though I am not a Louisville native, I am a huge advocate to our citizens & visitors for the city & all of its local happenings – you can find me at a neighborhood event almost every weekend! I recently moved to Nulu from the east end to be more involved with the downtown community and I am proud to support the local businesses in many of our unique neighborhoods.
