Greater Louisville Inc. officially unveils downtown headquarters with ribbon cutting

Louisville, KY– (September 28, 2023) – After two decades in its previous space, Greater Louisville Inc. celebrated the grand opening of its new downtown headquarters. The new space has 17,000 square feet and takes up the entire 23rd floor of the PNC Tower, building on GLI’s long-time commitment to keeping its headquarters in Louisville’s Central Business District.

The space is outfitted with 11 offices, 40 workstations, three oasis rooms for meetings, five conference rooms appointed with the latest hybrid meeting technology for all GLI investors to utilize, and a board room that seats up to 80. The office has ample room for GLI’s 30-member team to grow and includes amenities such as a mother’s room, professional development corner, and work café.

Our goal for this new space was to create a welcoming environment that will maximize our results and drive the mission of our organization into the future,” said Sarah Davasher-Wisdom, president and CEO of GLI. “This new space represents the future of GLI and I am extremely thankful for the support of our investors and sponsors who helped make our new office possible.”

In addition, 65 individuals and businesses purchased a circle on GLI’s investment wall art installation located directly outside the boardroom presented by Baird.

To officially open the new space, GLI welcomed more than 200 attendees for a celebratory ribbon-cutting and open house. Attendees explored the space, networked with top business and elected leaders, and heard remarks from Davasher-Wisdom, Cox, and Louisville Mayor Craig Greenberg about the importance of GLI’s investment in downtown.
