Greater Louisville Inc. issued the following statement after the Kentucky Senate Education Committee advanced Senate Bill 150 and has filed several other bills that target LGBTQ+ communities:

“GLI is concerned by the advancement of Senate Bill 150 by the Kentucky Senate, and several other bills that have been filed to target LGBTQ+ populations. To maintain a thriving economy, we must create policies that allow our community to embrace and celebrate all races, backgrounds, and sexual orientations. GLI will continue to oppose any unwelcoming or discriminatory policies that could be harmful to talent attraction and retention.”
