Greater Louisville Inc. welcomes new board leadership, seven new directors

Condrad Daniels appointed 2024 Chair of the Board

Louisville, Ky. (January 16, 2024) – Today the Greater Louisville Inc. Board of Directors appointed new leadership for 2024 and seven new directors for three-year terms. Following its first meeting of the year, the board appointed Condrad Daniels, president of HJI Supply Chain Solutions, to serve as 2024 Chair of the GLI Board of Directors. Daniels was elected to the GLI Board in 2018 and has served on the executive committee since 2020.

“It is an honor to be chosen to serve as Chair of GLI’s Board of Directors and work with my peers across various sectors to grow our regional economy,” said Daniels. “GLI has accomplished big wins for our community in the past decade, and I am looking forward to steering the organization towards continued growth, innovation, and collaboration.”

In addition, the board also appointed new executive committee officers. Camilla Schroeder, president of Advance Ready Mix Concrete, Inc., will serve as chair-elect. Russ Cox, president and CEO of Norton Healthcare, will serve as immediate past chair. In addition, Lance Mann, Louisville market leader for Dean Dorton was appointed treasurer, while Jeff McKenzie, partner at Dentons LLP, will serve as secretary and legal counsel.

As a private, non-profit 501(c)(6) organization, GLI is governed by a volunteer board of directors consisting of 63 voting members, an executive committee of 13 members that also serve on the board, and six officers. 11 directors were renewed for another three-year term, and the board welcomed seven new directors from a variety of industries and backgrounds.  New directors are:

  • Lisa Blalock, president, bp Retail Operating Organization (Thorntons)
  • John Crockett, president, LG&E KU Energy LLC
  • Paul Costel, Kentucky region manager, JPMorgan Chase
  • Lyndon Pryor, president and CEO, Louisville Urban League
  • Vidya Ravichandran, CEO and founder, GlowTouch
  • Kevin Shurn, president, Superior Maintenance Co.
  • Mark Wheeler, executive vice president and president, Central Bank Louisville

“In order for GLI to serve as the voice of the business community, it is critical our board is made up of top leaders from businesses of all industries and sizes. I believe that our new leadership and seven new directors will bring innovative ideas that will drive our mission and grow our impact,” said Sarah Davasher-Wisdom, president and CEO of GLI.
