Making GLI Connections Count: Unified Solutions & Kentucky Foot and Ankle
One of Greater Louisville Inc.’s biggest priorities is creating valuable business relationships between our investors by hosting events and providing opportunities to make important connections. This not only provides a tangible return for being a GLI investor, but also grows our local economy through increased business between our investors.
Andrea Overton, a trusted advisor for Unified Technologies, took the first step into a business partnership at a GLI “Shop Talk” introducing herself to Emily Hart, CEO of Kentucky-Indiana Foot and Ankle, and Kayla Boddy, COO. During the event, Hart and Boddy explained their current challenges with their phone provider and after hearing about the services provided by Unified Technologies, a business relationship formed.
“The ability to know what’s going on in the business side of our city, the events available to attend and host and the networking potential all make GLI valuable to the growth of our company,” Andrea Overton said.
The connection immediately had a positive impact on both of the businesses. Within weeks, trust was established between the two and Unified Technologies is now in the middle of deploying new technology across all seven KY/IN Foot and Ankle locations.
“KY/IN Foot and Ankle will be a great reference for us when it is all said and done. We’ve built an awesome relationship and look forward to sending business their way as well. Will 11 podiatrists on staff throughout 7 locations, they have the expertise and professionalism we look for in a strong partner. I would highly recommend them to anyone experiencing foot and ankle pains,” Andrea Overton said.
Unified Technologies graciously hosted a GLI event “Shop Talk” within their new training center at their Louisville office. Their offer to let GLI use the facilities was based on their first core value “Building Memorable Relationships” and their training center is available to their customers and partners to achieve this goal.
“I couldn’t say enough good things about Unified and their professionalism, follow through, and work ethic. I am confident that our new phone system is going to help catapult our business to the next level and provide a much better patient experience,” Emily Hart said.
Investing in GLI and attending their events are worth it, you never know what type of relationship, partnership, and business endeavor may come out of an exchange of a business card. Connecting with GLI will allow you the opportunity to see a growth in finances and relationships. We congratulate Unified Technologies and KY/IN Foot Ankle on their new business relationship and we look forward to creating many more connections for our investors in the year ahead.
