Describe what your organization does in two sentences.

Vsimple provides a centralized workspace for dealers, distributors and manufacturers and streamlines equipment sales, rental, service or parts distribution processes. The company tailors its platform to reflect each organization’s unique needs, increasing speed/efficiency, reducing errors and providing rich insights to leadership about its own workforce and workflow.

Who do you serve?

Any business that sells to other businesses can benefit from Vsimple’s platform and service model, but our primary focus is on people who make and move things. Notably,  equipment dealers (think forklifts, cranes, diggers) have been among the most aggressive adopters of the platform.

One fact you may not know about my organization is…

Many members of our organization, including the CEO, have backgrounds in manufacturing and distribution. This collective experience is unique in the tech industry, and the perspective we share allows us to better understand customer needs and ultimately meet them.

What sets your business apart from others in the way you attract and retain talent?

There are innumerous reasons people will want to join or stay with Vsimple, including an employee stock program, generous benefits including a continuing education stipend, and a chance to do meaningful work and build a true tech success story in our community.

What do you like about being an investor in Greater Louisville Inc.?

Community is meaningful to Vsimple and its employees; we want to provide a great place to work and create a business that delivers enormous value to the region. Supporting GLI, the city of Louisville and the Kentuckiana region is a major driving force behind our mission.

How does your organization engage in the community?

We’re engaged with nearly every university in the region and have hired locally to date. We’re also focusing on community service projects discovered and/or led by our employees. We’re also in the process of turning the first floor of our new headquarters into a gathering space for training and events.

How can people engage with your organization?

We’re an open book! Collaboration is a key tentpole of our product and our organization. We invite anybody in the community with an idea or need we can support to get in touch.
