KCC Manufacturing is a HVAC manufacturer and metal fabricator of rooftop equipment.  KCC Heating & Cooling is a heating and cooling contractor, serving both residential and commercial customers, with a construction division, performing HVAC and plumbing work for larger commercial projects.

KCC Manufacturing ships its products all over North America.  KCC Heating & Cooling works primarily in the Kentucky and Indiana region.

What sets your business apart from others in the way you attract and retain talent? 

As an employee-owned company (“ESOP”), KCC is able to offer company stock to its eligible employees, free of charge.  In addition, we are focused on creating an ideal place to work, where all employee-owners are highly engaged and satisfied with their contributions.
