We’ll look at KPIs at the product or customer level such as Cost of Goods Sold and Gross Margin; Customer Acquisition Cost and Lifetime Value; and Churn or Non-Renewal Rate. We’ll also dig into KPIs at the corporate level, such as recurring revenue versus recognized revenue; cash burn rate; sales efficiency and capital efficiency.
