Louisville’s Leading Women: Lesa Seibert, CEO and co-founder of Mightily
Lesa Seibert is currently the CEO & co-founder of Mightily. After leaving her corporate accounting job with the Kroger Company in 2000, Lesa launched not one, but two successful companies focused on advertising services, website development and digital marketing. Both firms are located in Louisville, and she serves them as CEO and CFO. The first company Lesa founded is Xstreme Media. Started in 2000, Xstreme Media operates based on a nimble, remote-service platform and focuses on small to medium-sized companies.
In 2013 Seibert founded Mightily. Mightily is a woman-owned business committed to making smart, beautiful solutions for their clients. In just over six years, Mightily has grown from five to 35 employees and showcases a portfolio of award-winning work for national and global brands. Last week Seibert was appointed to the National Board of Directors of NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners). She is only the second woman business owner from Kentucky to hold this position with the NAWBO National Board in its 45-year history. She was also just honored by Business First Magazine as a 2020 Enterprising Woman. In addition, she was honored by Enterprising Women Magazine as a 2018 Enterprising Woman of the Year
