Jennifer Wheatley is a Human Resources Executive with over 25 years of human resources experience in multiple industries including consulting services, manufacturing/distribution, banking, and retail.  Her passion is providing HR solutions for her clients by helping them build their HR infrastructure through process development, compliance and people. She especially enjoys working with entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses.

Jennifer is also an adjunct professor at the University of Louisville, teaching Human Resources Management in the College of Business.

Last night (3/5/2020), at NAWBO’s EPIC awards, Wheatley was named Executive of the year for her work at HR Affiliates (HRA).
