Partnership with HR Affiliates aims to reduce costs for small businesses

Louisville, Ky. (January 26, 2020) – Following the successful statewide rollout of Humana HealthSolutions, Greater Louisville Inc. (GLI) announced the launch of a new member benefit aimed at reducing costs of administrative and employee services for businesses in our region. GLI’s new human resources program, HRSolutions by HR Affiliates, is available to GLI members who operate within the states of Kentucky and Indiana and is specifically geared to help small businesses save time and money.

“We are thrilled to launch this new member benefit and offer more affordable services to businesses,” said Sarah Davasher-Wisdom, President and CEO of GLI. “We know that human resources services are often especially costly to smaller businesses who may not have the budget or the need for dedicated human resources staff. HRSolutions by HR Affiliates, is a partnership with a Louisville-based company that has provided human resources services to companies of all sizes from start-ups, to small and mid-sized businesses, and even large companies over the last 23 years. Participating businesses will receive a 10 percent discount on recurring and project based human resources services such as, but not limited to, compliance, employee relations, training and development, performance management, recruiting, compensation and benefits and HR administration.
