In its 150 year history the paper has captured the beautiful, the terrible, and the controversial moments of life in our region. These poignant images of our history culminate in an exhibition of the top 100 photographs from the Courier-Journal Archives, and explore themes relevant to all of us that make the Commonwealth our home.

This February, we’ll be welcoming Gordon Chang. Event Description: This lecture will discuss Gordon Chang’s book, “Nuclear Showdown: North Korea Takes On the World” and will be followed by a book-signing and dinner.

    NAWBO Kentucky is celebrating 25 years and will be having the annual EPIC Awards on Thursday, March 2nd at 5:30 PM at Mellwood Arts & Entertainment Center in Louisville, KY. The event will honor women business owners from all over Kentucky. There are 13 finalists, including finalists from Lexington, Louisville, Simpsonville, Hopkinsville, Bardstown and New Albany. There will be a 3 course dinner, a complimentary cocktail reception and live voting from attendees to determine the winners. Tickets can be purchased at nawbokentucky.org.

He will explore how we got to a President Trump and what that means for 2017 and beyond.
