Objectives
- Concentrate on addressing the issue of human capital and workforce development needs.
- Develop marketing tools that promote the Greater Louisville region as a valuable location for manufacturing companies and their workforces.
- Utilize the power of the Manufacturing Network to develop strategies for assisting one another with cost reduction, technology integration, risk management and obtaining external expertise and knowledge.
- Initiate, compile and distribute research on the region's manufacturing industry
- Serve as an advocate on public policy and legislative issues impacting the Greater Louisville manufacturing industry.
- Enhance industry growth through the promotion and use of the Manufacturing Network.
