To join the Logistics Network, please fill out your company's information on the following online application, and then click "Submit Application".

Membership Levels (Please indicate your level of membership)

Gold - $3,000

Your organization's name and logo will be placed on various marketing materials and the Logistics Network website.
Entitles five (5) individuals in your organization to participate as members of the Logistics Network.
You will receive first right of refusal to sponsor Logistics Network events and activities.
Recognition on the Logistics Network website as a founding investor.
Membership rates on events and activities.

Silver - $1,800

Your organization's name and logo will be placed on various marketing materials and the Logistics Network website.
Entitles three (3) individuals in your organization to participate as members of the Logistics Network.

Bronze - $250
