Chief Learning Council

PURPOSE
A forum consisting of senior/top level learning community professionals from the businesses within the Greater Louisville region to collaborate, network and share best practices.

SCOPE
CLC members will lead the HIRE Education Forum initiatives in workplace and higher education pipeline planning while collectively learning and evaluating local resources.

FOCUS

Two-fold -	1.) Current workplace/education training needs
	2.) Future workplace /education training needs

GOALS/OBJECTIVES

Reduce cost of workplace training through banding together to offer training and education opportunities.
Evaluate training/education opportunities.
Learn about resources available within the community.
Plan for workforce pipeline with local colleges/universities
