March 15, 2007 - 19 local companies were named to the High
Impact Portfolio at the High Impact Recognition Breakfast, held Thursday,
March 15, 2007. The Portfolio now includes 102 locally-headquartered
companies recognized as either a Gazelle (fast growth company), Renaissance
(established company undergoing change or revitalization) or Strategic Enabler
(providing vital product or service that enables other companies to grow

Blue Equity Aquires
Joel Segal's Worldwide Football Inc.
May 29, 2007 - Blue Equity, LLC announced today that it has
acquired the premier NFL player representation practice of Joel Segal,
Worldwide Football Inc. The acquisition solidifies Blue Equity as a leader
in NFL representation.
Segal's firm represents many of the National Football League's elite
players. He has negotiated approximately $1 billion in player contracts. In
addition, Segal was ranked the 14th most influential agent among all major
sports in Sports Business Journal's August 14, 2006 issue. He will join
