Event to spotlight Louisville's 'High Impact' companies

On March 24 Greater Louisville Inc. will hold a breakfast at the Galt House, 140 N. 4th St., to introduce the more than 50 companies identified in the High Impact program portfolio.

The High Impact program is a private-public partnership, initiated by Mayor Abramson and funded by Louisville Metro that identifies and serves fast growth, revitalized and enabling companies specifically that are headquartered or divisionally headquartered in greater Louisville. Through economic development solutions, the objective is to establish a firm relationship with these companies that results in further job and wealth creation.

Mayor Jerry Abramson, GLI President and CEO Steve Higdon and Kent Oyler, Mayor Abramson's special assistant for entrepreneurship will speak at the event, which will run from 7:30-9:30 a.m. The cost for the breakfast, sponsored by Nextel Partners, is $25.
