This workshop is targeted towards graduating MBA/Entrepreneurship students thinking about becoming an entrepreneur or for people who are already in a job thinking of starting a business. Lyle and Steve will present in an highly interactive session the basics of their Market Audit approach that will help a person prepare the groundwork for preparing a Business Plan.

It will help a person thinking about starting a business do the following:

• survey the market
• think about how a product or service will be consumed
• arrive at market size
• assess competition
• get to appropriate pricing
• Other related tasks you need to perform BEFORE you start writing a business plan.

This kind of ground work prepares would-be entrepreneurs better before they sit down and start writing a business plan.
