Why Charlotte? Charlotte is booming and home to 320 Fortune 500 companies. Charlotte already has a strong business backbone, but Charlotte is growing further. With a strong new jobs market (9,595 new jobs in 2012) and national rankings as the nation’s "most entrepreneurial city" and one of the "best cities to start a small business", all signs are pointing to even larger growth for the city and the surrounding metro area.
