 Cost of Living

One of the benefits offered by the Greater Louisville area is the very attractive cost of living. From housing to utilities and transportation to health care, Louisville is a place where maintaining your quality of life is affordable and easy.

According to The Council For Community and Economic Research (C2ER), Louisville is a less expensive place to live and work than comparable communities. Considering its big city amenities and small town hospitality at an affordable price Louisville is a place where the advantages really add up.

The ACCRA Cost of Living Index measures relative price levels in participating areas. The average for all participating places is 100 and the index is read as a percentage of the average for all places.
