What is a CEO Roundtable?
|
CEO Roundtables consist of a small, select group (7-12
individuals) of local CEOs or owners from non-competing
companies. |
|
Participants of a CEO Roundtable depend on their peers
to be capable, confidential advisors-willing to assist
with business problems, suggest workable solutions and
offer fresh perspectives. |
|
CEO Roundtables function autonomously, with groups determining
the time, place and content of their group meetings. |
How are participants selected?
CEO Roundtable participation is available only to the individual
with the final decision-making authority and ultimate responsibility
for the direction of the company. In addition, involvement
in the Roundtable program is offered exclusively to members
of Greater Louisville Inc. The CEO Roundtables are NOT the
place to sell products or services but to learn and share
important tips and techniques.
What is required of CEO Roundtable participants?
Because the success of the CEO Roundtable program directly
depends on openness and active participation at monthly meetings,
as a participant you must agree to the following:
|
Attend 80% of all meetings. |
|
Maintain complete confidentiality of all information
exchanged within the Roundtable. |
 |
Share your expertise and experiences as a company leader
with the other Roundtable participants. |
 |
Dedicate your time and efforts to achieve an effective,
functional and mutually beneficial group. |
|
Pay a CEO Roundtable subscription fee of $400 to GLI
for the first year, 70% of which will be placed into an
account to be used by your group to cover meeting expenses,
speaker costs, materials, etc. After your first year,
pay a set fee decided by your Roundtable. |
