Millennial Edition of Places Rated Almanac ranked Louisville the 14th-best
place to live in North America. It was the fifth time in six editions
that Places Rated has listed Louisville among the top 15 cities, including
three consecutive editions (1984, 1989 and 1993) as one of the ten
best places to live based on living costs, job outlook, transportation,
higher education, health care, crime, the arts, recreation and climate.
