Trilogy Announces Acquisition of Gade Nursing Home

On February 1, Trilogy Health Services ("Trilogy") announced the acquisition of operations of Gade Nursing Home, a skilled nursing facility in Greenville, Ohio. The terms of the purchase were not disclosed. Also effective February 1, the facility will be renamed Gade Healthcare Center.

Gade Healthcare Center is a 51-accommodation skilled nursing facility.  The facility, which originally opened in 1975, has beenoperated by members of the Gade family.
