Promoted from within, CEO Arnold and COO Schlich bring a combined 54 years’ experience to their new positions. A top producer for Van Zandt, Emrich & Cary, Arnold has generated over $1 million in annual revenue since joining the firm in 2000. Respected for his industry know-how, Schlich has served on the boards of the Independent Insurance Agents of Kentucky and Louisville Board of Independent Agents during his 26-year tenure with Van Zandt, Emrich & Cary.
