Minneapolis/St. Paul Selected as 2008 GLIDE Destination

On September 7-9, the 2008 Greater Louisville Inc. Development Expedition (GLIDE) team will visit Minneapolis/St. Paul to explore and discover all the great community initiatives in progress.

GLIDE is an annual invitation-only executive program with local business, civic and elected leaders participating. This annual program studies a competitor city’s best practices and brings ideas back to Greater Louisville for implementation.

Scheduling is underway and GLI in partnership with presenting sponsor CHASE Bank are planning a dynamic two day trip. In addition, a new format is planned for this year with seven ‘mini-summits’ built into the overall trip.
