Performance Roundtables

Performance Roundtables enable business owners, CEOs and presidents to convene monthly in small groups with a professional facilitator to work on their business, rather than in their business. Roundtables are comprised of members of diverse businesses and become a trusted advisory group for each member.  They offer an opportunity to gain the collective wisdom of other entrepreneurs through best practices, support and direction to maximize each company’s growth and prosperity.
 

What is a Performance Roundtable?

• Small, select groups of 10-14 presidents, CEOs or owners of non-competing businesses.
• A unique forum for participants to gain confidential advice from leaders of other companies with situations similar to theirs.
• Roundtables function autonomously, determining the time, place and content of their group meetings.
• Each roundtable is led by a professional facilitator until the group feels comfortable and may elect to continue using this service at their discretion.

High Impact CEO Roundtables

CEOs, business owners or presidents of businesses that have been selected to the High Impact Portfolio are eligible to apply for membership on a High Impact CEO Roundtable.  Like Performance Roundtables, High Impact CEO Roundtables consist of small, select groups who get together on a regular basis to dialogue in a confidential setting.
