Helping to bridge the gap between education and community development, GLI supports: Degrees at Work, HIRE, Graduate Greater Louisville, Every 1 Reads, Add It Up  and 55,000 Degrees.
 
Supporting our education efforts, one of GLI’s core objectives is to attract an educated and skilled workforce to the Greater Louisville area. We work with area employers, recruiters and relocation organizations to assist individuals considering relocation to the region. Our experienced team of experts help to assist organizations with workforce recruitment and offer a variety of programs and tools to help attract top-notch talent to Louisville.
