Business Advising

For established, mid-size to large businesses that are locally owned and desire input and guidance on how to generate growth, ENTERPRISECORP offers a unique methodology and extensive network of professionals. A client profile assessment provides the foundation for several deliverables including a benchmarking report, operational analysis and strategic insight report.  Should the company wish to delve deeper, custom recommendations on how they can take advantage of opportunities for growth are made available by our seasoned Business Advisory Council.  Implementation of recommendations is assisted via continued engagement by an advisory council member and service provider referrals.

Book Illistration

CEOs, business owners and presidents engaged in Business Advising have an opportunity to convene monthly in small groups, called Performance Roundtables, with a professional facilitator to work on their business, rather than in their business.  Roundtables are comprised of 10-14 members each of diverse businesses and become a trusted advisory group for each member.  They offer an opportunity to gain the collective wisdom of other executives through best practices, support and direction to maximize each company’s growth and prosperity.

As part of its Business Advising services, ENTERPRISECORP has become the first entity in Kentucky to offer the innovative and respected Six Disciplines methodology for business success, which includes coaching and assistance with business plan development and restructuring.
